Denver Fun-Filled Easter Events for Families Going on This Weekend
As you are aware, Easter is this Sunday. In lieu of this festive celebration, there are some events and brunches especially for kids and their parents.

This Saturday, the Mile High Flea Market in Denver is hosting an Easter egg hunt free for kids 12 and under.
Easter Bunny Candy Hunt: This Saturday, March 30th from 9am-12pm at the Mile High Flee Market. Children 12 and under are free.

If you are ever relocated to a new city for your job, here are some questions to ask and some possibilities to consider carefully before embarking upon this new journey.
It really depends on if you are a single woman or if you are going to be traveling with your family. There are different factors for each scenario.
Single and Relocating? Find a place in your new city that is safe and close to all the action so you don’t miss a beat.
If you are single, you want to find a place that is safe and nearby to entertainment, restaurants, nightlife, etc.
If you are Relocating your whole family, find a home that is close to good schools and outdoor recreation.
Married women with children are generally looking for a different type of property in a more suburban area with good schools and close to parks and recreation.
Women in general tend to prefer new homes or apartments with ample closet space, up-to-date kitchens, modern bathrooms, and an open floor plan for entertaining or watching the kids. Women can usually tell if a home is going to be right for them and their families by the feel of a place.
Before choosing an area, be sure to ask these questions:
- Is the neighborhood safe?
- Is the property near to public transportation?
- What is the walk score?
- Is the property new?
- What types of amenities are offered (if any)?
- Are there good schools near by where I can enroll my kids?
- Is the property close to parks and recreation?
- How many bedrooms and baths does the property have?
- Is there ample storage space?
- Have the bathrooms and kitchen been renovated? Are they modern?
- Is the property in the city or in the suburbs?
- How close are grocery stores, gyms, shopping, and entertainment?
Whatever the reason for relocating, it is advisable that you rent first before purchasing a home in a new area, especially if you are not familiar with the new city or if you know your relocation is going to be temporary. In these circumstances, renting a fully-furnished property will help alleviate some of the stresses of relocation as you won’t need to worry about furnishing your new home, you can simply move right in. Plus, it will reduce the level of wear and tear on your furniture. Renting a storage space for your furniture is always an option until you can find a more permanent solution.
You can also rent out your current home as a corporate rental rather than selling it if you know that your relocation is temporary. There is a marketing website specifically designed for you to rent out your home to corporate clients. There is also the option of hiring a full property manager in your city who will manage your property on your behalf and find you renters while you are away.
