Tired at the end of a long day and not interested in sharing sweat with everyone else at the gym then take a minute and get down on the floor of your room and get busy. Do three sets of 20 of each exercise. Start with pushups and situps. If you haven’t done these for a while you will be surprised how many muscles they actually work. Keep going with squats and lunges. Use your band for biceps, triceps and back exercises. And last but not least download a 10 minute Yoga App and you are all set.
Just don’t get overwhelmed by the 90 minute workout and remember each minute does count.
Lunge Tip: Step back far enough so the front knee stays over the ankle as you dip down.
Squat Tip: Keep your weight on your heels; never shift it onto your toes.
